POSITIVE HELP FILES
A Help File is the built-in user guide for your POSitive software product. Simply copy the appropriate Help File into your POSitive product's directory. You may also run a Help File as a standalone program.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These are interim guides for POSitive products and many of the screens in those programs do not match what is shown in these guides. However, the basic concepts are the same and this document can still serve as a useful guide.

POSITIVE FOR RETAIL /Â BUSINESS
This is the latest version of the POSitive For Business / POSitive For Retail Help File, which is viewed by selecting Help or pressing the F1 button. To update your help file, download the PRM.CHM file and copy it into the appropriate program folder on your computer, for example C:\POSitive\PFB. You may also run the Help File as a stand-alone program on any Windows computer.
POSITIVE GEM
This is the latest version of the GEM Help File, which is viewed by selecting Help or pressing the F1 button in GEM. To update your help file, download the GEM.CHM file and copy it into the GEM folder on your computer. You may also run the Help File as a stand-alone program on any Windows computer.
